THE ROLE
TDS delivers groundwater assessments, modelling and monitoring for government, mining, industrial and agricultural clients across the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. We are hiring hydrogeologists who enjoy both the model and the client conversation, and who want to grow into leading projects from proposal to delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build conceptual hydrogeological models and numerical groundwater models (MODFLOW-based) for resource, dewatering and impact studies.
- Plan and interpret pumping tests, water-level monitoring and drilling programmes.
- Write clear technical reports and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Shape scopes, methodologies and cost inputs for proposals and tenders.
- Present findings and proposals to clients, and support clarifications and negotiations.
- Coordinate with geophysicists, GIS specialists and field teams.
- Senior level: lead client accounts and contribute to the department’s annual business plan.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in hydrogeology, geology, civil/environmental engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years in groundwater or water-resources projects (7+ for Senior).
- Hands-on groundwater modelling experience with a MODFLOW-based platform (GMS, Visual MODFLOW, Groundwater Vistas or similar).
- Practical knowledge of aquifer testing and field investigations.
- Strong written and spoken English.
ADVANTAGES
